SALARY: $95,000 - $110,000 Annually

Job Responsibilities

• Accountable of delivery of service, cost, quality, health / safety / environment objectives for the entire site warehouse / staging operations and direct to customer distribution.
• Inventory accuracy within the Brewery warehouse operations, T2, including satellite facilities
• Delivery of overall market unit / total Canada logistics costs as well as Variable Industrial Costs for the site
• Building strong working relationships with internal peers and external contacts. Create a productive working environment to the team and provide feedback/coaching as required to develop the individuals
• On time delivery of defined projects
• Leading unionized and salary teams through autonomous operations.
• Process management within the defined SAP, Management Control & Reporting System, Voyageur/Deployment Plant Optimization routine and Advanced Planning System planning processes
  
  

Job Qualifications

• University degree in Business or industry related discipline, or equivalent professional experience is required
• Minimum 5 years experience in a unionized distribution/manufacturing/logistics field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead an operations facility
• Financial and analytical skills required
• Strong leadership skills required
• Proven ability to manage warehouse operations in a high volume environment, including leadership of a large hourly workforce
• Experience managing warehouse operations with a unionized workforce
• Strong interpersonal capabilities, and able to work cross-functionally with other leaders on sensitive and/or emotive issues
• Logistics background, including direct experience managing warehouse operations with a unionized workforce
• Excellent computer, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Proficient in using SAP
