We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven sales leader to accelerate growth within our technology business. This pivotal role will focus on uncovering and winning new business opportunities, while deepening our engagement and influence within the Google technology space. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing our go-to-market approach, collaborating with internal teams across sales, delivery, and partnerships to bring impactful solutions to clients.

Leveraging your deep knowledge of Google’s offerings and your ability to sell complex, solution-based services, you will establish credibility quickly, identify value-creation opportunities, and harness our organization’s full technology capabilities to address our clients’ most critical needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and develop new client relationships in targeted accounts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to lead pursuit strategies and sales initiatives.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and influencers at prospective and existing clients.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key contacts within Google, ensuring alignment and joint growth opportunities.
  • Support the development and execution of a targeted Google partnership strategy aligned to business goals.
  • Work with clients to understand business challenges and design tailored, high-impact solutions using the organization’s complete service portfolio.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and deliver effective go-to-market programs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, partner functions, and strategic meetings to showcase capabilities and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of building trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels within client and partner organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business, leading strategic pursuits, and closing complex deals.
  • Strong background and hands-on experience in the Google ecosystem, including knowledge of product capabilities and partner programs.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales or business development experience within mid-market and enterprise environments.
  • Documented success selling professional services, cloud-based solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Highly results-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused approach to business challenges.
  • Experience selling across multiple industries in the Canadian market is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Team-oriented mindset with an appreciation for individual contributions to collective success.
