We are looking for a Hospitality Customer Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests — assisting with inquiries, handling reservations, resolving concerns, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards of CEM Resorts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Assist guests with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.

  • Provide information on resort services, amenities, and local attractions.

  • Resolve guest issues or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.

  • Uphold CEM Resorts’ standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related role is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving ability with a calm and empathetic approach.

  • Basic computer and reservation system knowledge.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • A positive, guest-first attitude.
