Position: Room Service Staff
Job Summary:
As a Room Service Staff member, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless in-room dining experience. This role involves delivering food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and providing a warm, professional, and courteous service.
Key Responsibilities:
Take and confirm guest orders over the phone with accuracy and professionalism.
Deliver food, drinks, and amenities to guest rooms in a timely manner.
Set up trays or trolleys neatly and ensure orders are presented to standard.
Handle guest requests with care and attention.
Collect used trays/dishes from guest rooms and maintain cleanliness in service areas.
Work closely with kitchen and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service is an asset (but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure.
A positive attitude with a guest-first approach.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
