We’ve become Vancouver’s go-to school for French learning and TEF exam prep—and we’re growing fast across Canada.
To keep up with demand, we need a dynamic sales leader who can bring in new students, build lasting relationships, and keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Your role?
First and foremost, sell—connect with potential students, understand their goals, and match them with the right program. Then, ensure everything after the registration of the students is seamless: smooth onboarding, happy students, and well-organized classes. Think of yourself as both a growth driver and a team connector.

Your missions:
- Drive student enrollments through calls, meetings, events, and follow-ups.
- Understand student needs and recommend the perfect course.
- Track leads, sales, and conversions (we love Airtable for that).
- Coordinate schedules with teachers and ensure smooth onboarding for new students.
- Support marketing campaigns and events that generate leads.
- Spot opportunities to improve processes and keep operations running efficiently.
- Jump in to teach French occasionally (6-8 hours/week) to stay close to the student experience or organize regular events to grow our community.
- This position is Hybrid with at least 2 days working from the office + in-person events to organize once a month on Fridays from 5-8.30 pm.
Your profile:
- Fluent in French for teaching or B2+level and familiar with our program French Transformation.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, WhatsApp, and digital platforms like Teachable.
- Flexible for occasional evening events or group class coverage (5:00–8:30 PM).
- Experience in Customer success and sales (bonus if it’s in education or language learning).
Total Compensation: 50,000$ - 65,000$, including bonus, in your first year.
- Salary: $50,000 / year
- Bonus: Up to 30% annual bonus tied to performance and company growth, achievable and reviewed yearly. Our goal is for you to stay long-term.
