Our client, a reputable and rapidly growing food manufacturer located in Kitchener, is currently seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their HR department. This position will be responsible owning the entire Payroll processes for the company along with Benefits administration. You will have an opportunity to review and mentor 1 direct report. This is a fully in-office role with standard working hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate processing of weekly payroll.
- Maintain up to date records of employee information
- Payroll reporting, and year end filings
- Processing ROEs.
- Manage pension enrollment process
- Benefits processing
- Processes improvements.
- Upload vendor invoices into the system
- Contribute to other tasks and projects as needed
Ideal Candidate Will Have:5+ years of experience processing full cycle Payroll and benefits administration.
- PCP designation is required.
- Prior experience working with Ceridian Dayforce is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills.
- Focus on continuous improvement
