What you can expect to do here:

  • Lead project teams through all phases of construction, ensuring quality delivery on water, wastewater, and civil projects.
  • Maintain proactive client communication, resolving project and site issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Oversee quality assurance, including measurements, payment certificates, and management of change requests and claims.
  • Support business development with RFP/RFQ preparation and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Respond promptly to contractor RFIs and provide engineering certifications as required.
  • Champion safety and compliance, while mentoring and motivating team members to excel


What you’ll bring to WSP:

  • Over a decade of hands-on experience in construction, specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure
  • Proven track record on large-scale civil projects, including watermains, sewers, flood mitigation, pumping stations, force mains, reservoirs, and process piping
  • Leadership experience with a strong drive toward team management and career growth
  • Expert knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes for sewer, watermain, and roadworks
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF markup tools, and Windows-based application


Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle (business use reimbursed)
