This position will provide outstanding customer service to drive the sales and profitability of the store.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Generate sales in all products areas such as pool & hot tub equipment, chemicals and accessories
• Participate in merchandising and promotional activities
• Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedure
• Participate in all manner of store maintenance
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times

Qualifications:

• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced continually changing environment
• Exhibit excellent selling skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Motivated and creative team player
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
• Computer literate
• Experience in a retail environment beneficial
