Business Analyst

This Business Analyst role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our client’s data within their financial services cloud instance. The primary function of this role is to research, verify, and upload contact information, with a focus on external contacts in the insurance and financial industry. This position requires a meticulous and organized individual who can effectively manage and update requests, ensuring data quality and contributing to the efficiency of the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Research and verify contact information for external contacts, primarily in the insurance and financial industry.
• Upload verified contact information into the client’s Salesforce instance.
• Acknowledge and update requests, maintaining a clear and organized system for tracking progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine data cleansing processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to strict data governance policies.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry.
• Proven experience in data cleansing and management.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data research tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to commit to a six-month contract.
