As a Hospital Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service, Team work and Access control since you will be working with people all shift, in a Hospital environment

- Hourly wage of $ 16.25
- Permanent Position:Tuesday to Friday (1145 to 1645)

- Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
- Access control duties ( Checking ids, dealing with contractors, liaising with the building management etc. )
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Ensure the protection of people, assets, and property
- Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence
- Conduct Daily Reports and Incident Reports and send it via emails
- Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches
- Monitor access of entryways and exit points
- Conduct preventive surveillance rounds
- Point of contact with authorities and emergency services
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid Manitoba security license
- First aid certification an asset
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
