Your Job
• Ensure timely loan funding by engaging with vendors and clients to confirm accurate information.
• Meet the objectives of the sales strategy through data-driven recommendations.
• Realize improvements in internal processes through project research and analysis.
• Make sure you maintain data integrity by completing risk scorecards and RoC worksheets.
• Accompany and influence the sales team by supporting training development and performance reporting.
• Identify beneficial market trends through financial and competitive analysis.
• Take part in building and launching impactful training courses and internal documentation.

Basic Requirements
• Pursuing a degree or diploma in a business or finance-related field.
• Administrative experience and operational knowledge.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel; familiarity with Power BI and Salesforce is an asset.
• Strong interest in data, sales, and financial analysis.
• Availability for an 8-month term, 37.5 hours/week, in Edmonton, AB.
