What you’ll be doing
- Assist technicians and service advisors in selecting and obtaining required parts
- Assist suppliers, customers, service technicians, and other dealership personnel
- Coordinate ordering, delivery, and installation of desired parts and accessories between the Parts, Service, and Sales Departments to meet customer expectations
- Manage inventory as per the weekly schedule and keep other staff informed of price and availability of parts
- Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order
- Parts Technician Certificate and previous experience (is considered an asset)
- Computer literacy along with phone etiquette
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
- Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment
- Competitive Pay – salary range is based on level of experience.
