As our next CNC Precision Tool Grinder, you’ll be at the forefront of precision carbide tool manufacturing and reconditioning. Your expertise in 5-axis CNC grinding and programming will be crucial in delivering high-quality, custom tooling solutions and supporting our advanced manufacturing operations.

- Set up, program, and operate 5-axis CNC Walter Power Diamond and CNC ANCA TX+7 machines
- Grind and recondition carbide round tools including drills, reamers, and end mills
- Perform frequent changeovers for small quantity, custom tooling orders
- Inspect tools using Walter Helicheck, Mitutoyo Laser Micrometer, and Zoller Genius (preferred)
- Apply GD&T, blueprint reading, and precision measuring techniques to ensure quality
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in a related field is a plus)
- 1+ Years experience operating CNC Walter Power Diamond and CNC ANCA TX+7
- 1+ Years of experience operating and programming 5-axis CNC machines
- Strong knowledge of Walter Tool Studio and/or ANCA iGrind software
- Proficiency in CNC machine setup, programming, and troubleshooting
- Experience with additional CNC grinding platforms (e.g., Star, Schütte, Rollomatic)
- Familiarity with SPS, 5S, and Continuous Improvement (CI) practices
- Experience in a high-mix, low-volume production environment
