Bilingual Content Specialist – Workday Implementation:

On behalf of our Retail client, Procom is searching for a Bilingual Content Specialist – Workday Implementation for a 3 Month Contract role. This position is a remote position with the possibility of a hybrid arrangement at our client’s Brampton, Ontario office.


Bilingual Content Specialist – Workday Implementation - Job Description:

Join our team as we embark on an enterprise Workday implementation, focusing on designing and developing in-system content, help text, and notifications. Your role will be pivotal in creating a seamless digital experience for our employees, ensuring intuitive navigation, especially on mobile platforms.


Bilingual Content Specialist – Workday Implementation - Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation, editing, and management of all help text, notifications, and instructional content within Workday.
  • Identify, document, and catalogue every business process help text, notification, and related user-facing element in the Workday configuration.
  • Write and manage notifications across Email, SMS, and Mobile Push channels, adapting content for each modality.
  • Develop and maintain both English and French versions of all content, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and accuracy.
  • Craft user-centric content that aligns with SaaS product microcopy best practices, focusing on mobile-first design principles.
  • Collaborate with project team members, business process owners, and change management leads.
  • Review and test all content in the Workday tenant for clarity, accuracy, and optimal user experience across devices.


Bilingual Content Specialist – Workday Implementation - Mandatory Skills:

  • Fully bilingual in English and French (verbal and written).
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in content development, technical writing, or instructional design.
  • Familiarity with Workday or other enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Exceptional ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content for a non-technical audience.
  • Experience writing for Email, SMS, and Mobile Push notifications.
  • Attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple content deliverables.
  • Skilled at working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


Bilingual Content Specialist – Workday Implementation – Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in HR technology contexts.
  • Knowledge of notification best practices for mobile usability.
  • Experience with mobile-first design principles.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.

This is a 3 Month Contract position to start.
