This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. - Engineer Contextual Data Frameworks: Design and implement innovative data structures that provide intelligent support for educational business logic, ensuring both performance and scalability
- Spearhead LearnWith.AI's market differentiation strategy by developing AI systems that generate exceptionally engaging, personalized educational content that stands apart from conventional offerings
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering robust solutions
- Hands-on professional experience working with Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, etc.) - Note: This is not a traditional machine learning role; specific LLM expertise is essential
- Demonstrated passion for educational technology and its potential to transform learning experiences
