Work hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm

About The Role

EF Educational Tours is looking for a motivated Material Fulfilment Coordinator to support our dynamic sales team. You’ll help make sure both our printed and digital marketing materials are ready, on-brand, and delivered on time—powering our teams across Canada. This role is essential to keeping our marketing efforts efficient and effective.

This position is perfect for new graduates or those just starting their career—no prior professional experience needed. You'll gain hands-on exposure to sales support, materials logistics, and brand management in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be at the heart of our materials operations, responsible for:

  • Fulfilling Physical Material Orders Picking, packing, and shipping printed materials—brochures, flyers, promotional kits—to educators, group and regional teams.
  • Managing Print Inventory Monitoring stock levels, tracking inbound and outbound materials, and ensuring our print items are replenished and ready.
  • Maintaining Digital Material Inventory Organizing and updating our digital marketing and sales resources so they’re always accessible and current.
  • Coordinating with Couriers & Vendors Arranging timely shipments and liaising with printing and shipping partners to meet deadlines accurately.
  • Supporting Special Projects Assisting with seasonal campaigns, event materials, and promotional initiatives—ensuring everything remains on brand and on time.

What Would Be a Plus

  • Experience in office reception, administration, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge of general health and safety practices in the workplace.
  • Ability to act quickly, confidently, and with strong attention to detail—especially when faced with shifting priorities.
