This position is intended to be on-site working with local and remote counter parts.

Our software streamlines First Article Inspection (FAI) reporting, ensures compliance with AS9102 standards, and reduces the risk of errors and delays. By integrating powerful data processing capabilities with an intuitive user interface, we help manufacturers optimize their quality management processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Software Engineer, located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. Day-to-day tasks include coding, debugging, and code reviews, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams on software projects. The engineer will also contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry best practices.

CORE REQUIREMENTS

• Strong software engineering background (5+ years) from industry
• At least 5 years working with Javascript/Typescript, React in production systems
• Experience building scalable and responsive web-based user interfaces
• Ability to empathize with end-users, to turn needs into features, and to balance user experience with engineering constraints to deliver full solutions
• Must be a US or Canadian person located in the United States or Canada to satisfy regulated industry requirements

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working with Python and/or Golang
• Experience working with LLMs
• Experience working with AWS, in particular GovCloud
• Significant experience with writing test suites for React applications (Jest, Playwright)
• Deep relational database knowledge (Postgres specifically)
• Experience working on enterprise software and the features required by that customer segment
