About The Role
Are you energized by big challenges and motivated by driving real results? Lifemark is looking for a Senior Director, Transformation & Performance to spearhead enterprise-wide initiatives that will take our operations to the next level.
Reporting to the CEO for the first 12 months before transitioning to our SVP, Operations and maintaining a close working relationship with our CEO, you’ll be at the heart of Lifemark’s transformation journey — evolving our operating model, streamlining processes, reducing cost-to-serve, and making sure our teams deliver the highest-quality care every day.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll take ownership of our operations excellence, performance management, project management, quality, and workforce planning functions. We’re looking for someone who’s not only strategic, but also loves rolling up their sleeves and delivering measurable results. What You’ll Do
- Lead bold transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, quality of care, and the provider experience.
- Partner directly with the CEO and SVP, Operations to define, prioritize, and deliver on the transformation agenda.
- Drive execution of key programs — from concept to measurable outcomes.
- Standardize and integrate processes to create a scalable, future-ready operating model.
- Build and champion a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, strategy, or transformation.
- A proven track record of making big change happen — program management, enterprise initiatives, and measurable wins.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, balanced with a “get it done” mindset.
- A natural collaborator who knows how to influence and engage stakeholders at every level.
- Consulting experience strongly preferred.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
