We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager with 5-7 years of experience in the North American market. This role will focus on strengthening the Group’s brand presence, leading digital marketing initiatives, developing targeted marketing strategies, and contributing to other corporate and development-related marketing projects.
The successful candidate will bring strong experience in integrated marketing across multiple channels (social media, SEM, SEO, content marketing, PR, etc.), with a proven ability to manage projects from strategy through execution. This is a dynamic, hands-on role requiring a balance of creativity, project management, and data-driven decision-making. This is a full time, permanent position working 100% onsite at our 1123 Leslie St office location.

- Integrated Marketing Strategy Development
- Assist in creating integrated marketing plans that align with OTT Financial Group business objectives.
- Coordinate multi-channel campaigns (social media, SEM, SEO, content, media, PR), ensuring consistency of brand voice and message.
- Recommend effective communication channels and content formats tailored to specific campaigns and audiences.
- Project Execution and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Translate marketing strategies into actionable project plans with clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (creative, design, technical) and external partners (agencies, media, vendors) to deliver high-quality results.
- Support OTT Financial Group marketing initiatives and collaborate with teams to execute campaigns, events, and communication projects.
- Oversee project management activities, including campaign execution, content review, and channel coordination.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, website traffic, membership engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, campaign dashboards) to generate insights and optimize marketing performance.
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5 – 7 years of marketing and project management experience in the North American market.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms:
- Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
- SEO fundamentals and content marketing strategies
- Knowledge of website management (WordPress, CMS tools) and content distribution.
- Understanding of PR, media outreach, and event promotion.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Data-driven with experience using analytics tools for decision-making.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
