With a platform designed to transform dealership lead management, the company has established strong momentum and is now scaling its reach with additional sales talent in key regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive New Business: Hunt and close net-new dealer rooftops and dealer groups, focusing on building a strong base of new logos.
- Territory Growth: Build relationships with dealer executives, developing greenfield territories and ensuring consistent pipeline generation.
- Upsell Opportunities: Maintain connections within dealer groups post-close to identify and execute upsell opportunities.
- Sales Execution: Manage a fast-paced sales cycle (approx. 30 days) and hand off closed business to Customer Success for onboarding.
- Proven track record selling into automotive dealerships, ideally with strong connections at the dealer or group level.
- Self-starter comfortable in a pure hunting role with significant in-field travel (~50%).
- Strong relationship-builder with executives and OEM partners; collaborative and team-oriented.
- Experience driving new logo acquisition and developing greenfield territories.
- Motivated, ambitious, and able to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
- Base Salary: CAD $90,000 - $120,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~CAD $200,000+ (with upside $220,000+ once fully ramped)
