- Deliver sprint plans with development and testing teams within agreed timelines, cost, and quality
- Develop strong partnerships with product owners, architects and development leads to transform
- Business objectives into execution strategy
- Ensure adherence to scrum processes (standups, release plan, sprint planning, reviews and retros is done according to planned schedule)
- Participate in key Agile meetings such as scrum workshops to share best-in-class practices
- Mentor team as needed, including resolving escalations
- Monitor progress of multiple sprints and report to leadership team with status report
