Business Analyst:

On behalf of our worker's compensation client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Richmond office.


Business Analyst - Job Description:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering core BA services, project management, and change management. The role involves facilitating meetings, both in-person and virtually, to support various projects within the organization.


Business Analyst - Responsibilities:

• Deliver core BA services, project management, and change management
• Facilitate meetings in person and/or virtually
• Create process maps, project plans, and business change management plans
• Develop presentations for steering committees
• Manage risk and issue logs, decision logs, and statements of work
  
  
  

Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to independently organize and prioritize workloads
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using the entire MS Office Suite and Visio
• Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in BA lead roles
• Working knowledge of project management principles and techniques
  
  
  

Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with business process improvement methodologies
• Ability to manage change across different stakeholder groups
• Customer-focused and service-oriented approach
• Ability to present complex information clearly

Business Analyst – Assignment Length:

This is a 12-month contract position.
