Job Responsibilities:

  • Support offline sales operations in the market, assisting in achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis for offline retail channels, providing insights to develop channel strategies and promotional plans.
  • Assist in managing relationships with key retail partners, ensuring timely communication and effective execution of sales programs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment in product launches, pricing, and in-store promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze offline sales performance, store display execution, and customer feedback, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in time-sensitive situations, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Passion for consumer electronics, retail sales, and brand development.
