On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce Platform / nCino for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.


Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce Platform / nCino - Job Description:

The project involves onboarding small businesses to a commercial platform utilizing Salesforce/nCino. The role requires upgrading and integrating existing systems to enhance commercial client programs, leveraging Salesforce and nCino functionalities.


Business Systems Analyst, Salesforce Platform / nCino - Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine functional and non-functional requirements.
• Lead and support day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to risk culture and compliance standards.
• Translate business needs into actionable specifications and user stories.
• Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of software solutions for commercial customers and internal users.
• Maintain and enhance the Salesforce platform, ensuring system availability and performance.
• Stay current with Salesforce technologies and industry best practices.
