Project Manager - Oracle Implementation

Agilus is recruiting for a Project Manager - Oracle Implementation in the Retail Industry in Brampton, Ontario.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project/Program Manager to lead a complex, enterprise-level implementation of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) as part of our broader digital transformation initiative. This project is focused on delivering the first set of strategic goals within a multi-phase, year-long Oracle Cloud implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external vendors (including Oracle), and business stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress against goals and identifying risks and mitigation strategies
• Facilitate data integration efforts, including the tracking and transformation of key data sets into Oracle Cloud
• Ensure that the solution meets business needs, especially around time tracking and financial data-cost perspective
• Engage with North American stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and ongoing communication throughout the project lifecycle
  
  

Must Have

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management, with a strong background in large-scale enterprise software implementations
• Proven experience leading at least one successful Oracle PPM Cloud implementation. Familiarity with accounting system integrations, data transformation, and digital business operations
• Experience working with stakeholders across North America
• Experience in managing hybrid implementation teams (internal + vendor)
• Strong vendor management skills, particularly in a multi-stakeholder environment
