About The Role
The individual program planning (IPP) teacher supports children with individualized needs by writing and managing IPPs, and working collaboratively with classroom teams and support staff.

About The Role
The individual program planning (IPP) teacher supports children with individualized needs by writing and managing IPPs, and working collaboratively with classroom teams and support staff.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Individual Program Plans (IPPs) tailored to each child's developmental goals.
- Collaborate with families, therapists, educational assistants, and other professionals to ensure each child’s success.
- Build trusting relationships with children, caregivers, and team members.
- Complete essential documentation: IPPs, transition plans, and referrals.
- A Bachelor of Education and an Alberta Teaching Certificate (interim or permanent).
- Passion and experience in inclusive education and neurodiversity.
- A strengths-based mindset and a commitment to building inclusive classrooms.
- Comfort adapting to dynamic environments with a flexible, team-first attitude.
- Experience or training in play-based learning and child-led exploration.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Standard First Aid with Child CPR certification.
- Location: North Brightpath learning centers in Calgary
- Salary & Benefits: 60,000-80,000
