Duties and responsibilities of the Parts Supply Chain Analyst include, but are not limited to:
Basic Qualifications
- Manage a mainframe global database consisting of vehicle service parts for the Company product line up
- Parts releasing and follow-up tasks
- Backorder tracking
- Supersession/Workload management
- Above average volume of conference calls and email communications with North America and International suppliers, as well as customers within FCA Canada
- Facilitate supplier escalation meetings with cross functional groups as required
- Prepare and present to all levels of Management
- Additional project work and assignments to support Mopar Operations
Basic Qualifications
- The successful candidate will have a completed Bachelor's Degree with minimum ONE year of experience working in supply chain specific to parts management
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications is necessary
- The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, and report building skills to extract and analyze supply chain data
- The successful candidate must be able to work independently and provide cross-functional support within Supply Chain and the Mopar Parts Procurement departments as required
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated presentation skills are required
- Must be Legally eligible to work in Canada
