You’ll play a key role in shaping the look and feel of a platform that will transform how labels operate, while designing with AI-driven insights and automation in mind. Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UI/UX design direction for the new platform, from concept through execution
- Design a modular, role-based interface that adapts seamlessly to diverse workflows
- Integrate AI-ready design patterns that enable smarter, faster decision-making
- Mentor and inspire a talented design team, building a culture of creativity and innovation
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data to deliver beautiful, scalable, and technically feasible solutions
- Other duties as assigned
- 5+ years in UI/UX design, with experience mentoring design teams for complex SaaS platforms
- Experience bridging creative vision with execution in multi-role, multi-use-case environments
- Strong grasp of design systems, modern front-end frameworks, and AI-driven user experiences
- Ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision
- A portfolio showcasing data-rich, customizable, and user-centric products
- $120,000 - $130,000 CAD per year
- The final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
