We’re looking for a Video Editor who’s as comfortable behind the timeline as they are behind a camera. If you can stitch together powerful stories, jump in as B-Cam on set, and nerd out about file organization, you might just be our next teammate.

What You’ll Do

As our Video Editor, you’ll work alongside Anthem’s Creative team and Film Director to bring stories to life from start to finish. Your role will be a blend of technical wizardry, creative collaboration, and hands-on production support.

• Edit engaging short- and long-form video content (2 to 3 minute pieces through to 20 to 40 minute documentaries and films) that captures the creative vision and communicates it clearly.

• Collaborate with our Creative team to coordinate and execute editing tasks for a wide variety of projects.

• Support our Film Director through every stage of production, including pre-production planning, filming, post-production, and final delivery.

• Assist with tech and IT setup in the office when needed (bonus points if you love troubleshooting gear).

• Capture and edit social content for Anthem and partner brands.

• On set, step into key support roles including:

• Grip and B-Cam Operator: Back up our Film Director by capturing alternate angles and helping set up shots.

• Audio Capture: Operate field audio equipment, monitor sound levels, and ensure clean, balanced audio on location.

• DIT (Digital Imaging Technician): Offload, back up, and manage media on set, organize and prep footage for post-production workflows.

• NAS File Management: Keep our shared file storage system clean, organized, and accessible so nothing ever goes missing.

What We’re Looking For

• Editing chops: You're fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Davinci Resolve (and ideally After Effects), with a sharp eye for pacing, storytelling, and detail.

• On-set skills: Experience operating cameras, recording audio, and supporting production crews.

• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with office IT troubleshooting and gear setup.

• Story-driven mindset: You’re passionate about taking a creative vision and crafting it into a polished, engaging final product.

• Insatiably curious: You’re always on the lookout for new tools and processes to streamline work and maximize productivity. AI doesn’t scare you, it inspires you to explore new ways of getting things done. 

• Team player vibes: Collaborative, adaptable, and not afraid to get your hands dirty (literally, if we’re filming outside).

• Organizational wizard: File management doesn’t bore you, it excites you.
