Sr. Recruitment Consultant - Engineering / Construction to support and grow our client base in Ontario, this is an internal role at Dawn Staffing Solutions Inc. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape careers and build lasting partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and expand client relationships across Ontario, especially in Engineering / Advanced Manufacturing and Construction industry.
  • Generate new business and identify growth opportunities in the region
  • Represent and build Dawn Staffing's presence in the Canadian market
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers
  • Coach and support internal recruiters, ensuring successful candidate placements
  • Create candidate pipelines tailored to client needs and industry trends
  • Track recruitment activity and share insights with the internal team
  • Suggest and implement improvements to streamline recruitment operations


What You Bring to the Table

  • Knowledge of the Ontario job market, especially manufacturing/engineering sectors
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills: able to engage, assess, and connect with talent across levels
  • A strategic mindset: results-focused, proactive, and driven to succeed
  • Experience conducting client visits and building long-term partnerships
  • 2+ years of experience in the recruitment industry
  • 1+ year of experience in account management or business development
