As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of officers, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security guards at the assigned site.
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal shift coverage at all times.
- Ensure all security equipment (e.g., radios, CCTV, alarms) is operational and properly used
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client on all security-related matters.
- Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and prepare comprehensive reports for internal management and the client.
- Review and approve daily reports and incident logs submitted by guards.
- Ensure all staff adhere to company policies, client site rules, and applicable laws and regulations
- All other required duties
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- 1 - 3 years experience in security supervision or a similar leadership role
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of security operations and emergency response protocols
- Proficiency in writing reports and using security technology (e.g., CCTV systems, incident logging tools)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hold a valid security license
