Job Description:

On behalf of our client, Affinity is looking for a CRM Strategy Consultant to conduct a technology assessment and market scan for CRM options that meet organizations current and future needs.


Responsibilities:

• Conduct a technology assessment and market scan for CRM options that meet organizations current and future needs.

• Engage stakeholders across departments to gather input on functional requirements and user needs.

• Analyze data flows, integrations, and key business processes impacted by CRM.

• Document vendor viability (public sector references, roadmaps, support, Canadian presence), and technology stack.

• Research and perform a comparative market scan of leading CRM platforms suitable for organizations size, complexity, and sector.

• Evaluate platforms based on criteria such as scalability, customization, user experience, data security, reporting, integration capabilities, and cost.

• Provide a detailed assessment report with: Summary of findings from current state analysis

• A shortlist of recommended CRM platforms

• Pros/cons, costs (including Total Cost of Ownership), and implementation considerations for each

• A recommendation tailored to organization’s needs


Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in CRM consulting, implementation, or technology strategy

• 5+ years working with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc), low-code ecosystems, API / integration patterns (such as REST, Service Bus, ETL), identity and data governance.

• Experience conducting market research and comparative technology assessments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

• Experience conducting market research and comparative technology assessments

• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance considerations related to CRM

• Bonus: Experience in public or non-profit sector
