Started in 1999 with one small building in Oakville Ontario, we now manage a portfolio of over 200 multi-family residential buildings throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec and Nova Scotia.

What You Bring To The Table
- 3+ years in customer service, administration, or property-related roles
- High school diploma (or equivalent); post-secondary education is an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and general digital tools (Yardi experience is a plus!)
- Knowledge of multi-residential property is an asset
- A strong communicator — clear, respectful, and responsive
- Able to manage your time, prioritize tasks, and stay composed under pressure
- Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and a proactive attitude
- A collaborative spirit and personal commitment to equity, inclusion, and respect
As a Property Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day success of our communities. You’ll ensure seamless operations at the property level and deliver exceptional support and service to our residents — helping to make Hazelview Properties the landlord of choice.
Resident Experience & Customer Service
- Provide a high level of service and support to residents — with professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness
- Address and resolve resident issues, inquiries, and service requests promptly and effectively
- Be a visible and approachable presence for residents seeking information about their suite, building, or community
- Manage day-to-day office operations: supply orders, file management, emails, calls, and walk-in support
- Ensure lease terms are upheld, including the handling of deposits, charges, and lease compliance
- Administer rent collections, manage receivables, track insurance compliance, and process vacancy notices
- Prepare files and documentation for hearings and legal procedures, including notices and backup materials
- Process and track Purchase Orders and participate in administrative special projects as needed
- Handle resident correspondence and notices in accordance with local housing laws (e.g., N4s, L1s, bylaw notices)
- Receive and schedule service requests with vendors and internal maintenance teams
- Support move-in and move-out coordination, ensuring a smooth resident experience
- Assist with onboarding and training of new administrative team members
- Support day-to-day property needs and jump in wherever help is needed
- Assist with Payscan invoice processes and payment tracking
- Review and submit status change forms to lease administration at head office
- Ensure accurate documentation and support for all accounting-related resident and property records
