Agilus is recruiting for a Customs Compliance Administrator in the Manufacturing Industry in Mississauga, Ontario.
The Customs Compliance Administrative Assistant will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient functioning of our Customs Compliance department. This role requires excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will facilitate seamless office operations, but also provide invaluable assistance to our Customs Compliance team.

The Customs Compliance Administrative Assistant will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient functioning of our Customs Compliance department. This role requires excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will facilitate seamless office operations, but also provide invaluable assistance to our Customs Compliance team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical tasks including proficient data entry, filing, scanning and document management.
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outcoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls and mail.
- Assist in maintaining and updating spreadsheets and other digital records.
- Familiarity with billing and account receivables.
- Prior experience in a Customs role is preferred, with knowledge of: o Tariff classification o Free Trade o Post Entry corrections o CARM o Customs Clearance
- Proven proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skill with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-pace environment.
- Tech-savvy mindset with the capability to adapt to new technologies effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- $23.00 - $24.00 hourly
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday
- Day Shift 9am-pm or 8am-4pm
- Weekly pay
- 4% Vacation pay on every pay cheque
