Our Team And What We'll Accomplish Together
We are the Engineering Project Management Office, where our collective strength and diverse perspectives drive innovation and excellence. As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead the charge in organizing team assets and resources, meticulously administering key tasks to achieve specific customer goals.
You will be pivotal in managing feature implementation and SaaS upgrade projects for TAC’s global clientele, ensuring seamless delivery of our main functional solutions. Your passion and expertise will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards! You will enjoy a changing and challenging role navigating complexity, resolving challenges, and ensuring that every project delivers measurable value to our customers while contributing to our larger unified, trusted, and sustainable software value chain that enables efficient production and logistics outcomes while being kind to the planet.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Proactively coordinate and maintain clear, consistent communication with all project stakeholders
- Drive continuous project progress, tracking status using internal systems and processes
- Effectively assign and manage project tasks for the team, ensuring their prompt and accurate fulfillment
- Strategically resolve challenges and mitigate risks related to assigned projects, expertly handling both internal and external escalations
- Prepare comprehensive implementation forecasts and roadmaps encompassing budgetary, resource, and time considerations, and accurately report time spent and progress to all levels of the organization
- Develop and manage comprehensive training strategies and associated budgets,
- Prepare and deliver high-impact executive presentations that clearly articulate engineering strategies, objectives, changes in priorities and key metrics and results
- Design and implement robust team engagement plans to cultivate a collaborative, high-performing engineering team
- 5+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced skills in resource planning, risk management, and project governance
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering value
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and navigating matrixed organizations
- Ability to craft compelling and visually stunning presentations
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar
- A keen interest in keeping up with emerging technologies and trends in the consumer goods industry to foster innovation
- Experience in Consumer Goods or Agriculture/Agronomy and corresponding software solutions
