How You'll Perform The Role
The Master Data Analyst aims to ensure the efficient creation of the various items within the ERP system, by analyzing the requests and gathering all the information required to proceed with the creation. He/she must configure several system parameters to maximize the flow of items through the supply chain. He/she must analyze system speeds and quantities in the manufacturing BOMs and propose changes as needed. He/she is responsible for ensuring that all the parameters required for the manufacture of the items have been defined before the production is put into production.

- Gather and validate the information required to proceed with the creation of new items. (Items Purchased and Manufactured) – MIRF;
- Analyze cost sheet and the internal possibility for production;
- Make the connection between different departments to validate the configuration of products (Quotation, Production, Purchasing, Sales);
- Purchased items set up, cartons, cores, glue, wax, etc.
- Purchased interco item set up.
- Contribute to the creation of items in BAAN, Rapid Respond and others;
- Maintain various external databases according to the creation and modification of items. (ECCNet)
- Participate in some follow-up meetings with sales regarding new product launches.
- Back-up for other Master Data Analyst
- Any other related tasks
- Technical skills: in-depth understanding of ERP systems, BAAN preferred. (Item master, BOM, Routings etc...)
