YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior DevOps to join our CX Industry Cloud Order Management Services (OMS) and Customer Loyalty Management(CLM) central Infrastructure team.
The central Infra team is a globally distributed group of highly motivated and skilled InfraOps engineers responsible for designing, building and maintaining the infrastructure foundations of OMS & CLM. We are not embedded in development teams; instead, we provide the reliable, secure, and performant infrastructure platforms they can depend on.

Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Design and implement resilient, scalable, and self-healing infrastructure building blocks targeting zero downtime.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and recovery — “automate everything” is our mantra.
- Building and manage integration points between OMS applications and outbound systems (gateways and event buses)
- Define and maintain observability practices: monitoring, logging, alerting, and tracing.
- Embed security-by-design and compliance best practices into all infrastructure operations.
- Act as a trusted expert and mentor to application teams, documenting and sharing decisions, best practices, and how-to guides.
- Partner cross-functionally with development, architecture, and security teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Explore and apply AI-powered tools (AIOps) for anomaly detection, log analysis, performance tuning, and operational efficiency.
- 5+ years in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or InfraOps role.
- Deep knowledge in implementing and managing Kubernetes environments.
- Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure components (networking, firewalls, load balancers, security, storage, databases – CosmosDB, Postgres).
- Hands-on experience on High availability and Disaster recovery setups.
- Strong background in event-driven systems using technologies such as Confluent Kafka
- Experience running cloud services on top of public cloud platforms (Azure required, GCP and AWS are a plus)
- Experience on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Infrastructure as Data (IaD). Using Crossplane technology is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP cloud infrastructure platforms and services (Kyma, BTP, etc.) is a plus
- Good knowledge of observability solutions (Dynatrace)
- Good understanding and experience on CI/CD, ArgoCD, Helm, GitOps, Flux
- Exposure to AIOps platforms (e.g., Dynatrace Davis AI, Azure AI Ops, Elastic AI Assist, or similar) is a plus.
- Growth mindset: You are a savy learner, with a drive for action and to be helpful to your colleagues, including leveraging AI to boost efficiency.
- Can-do attitude: Creative, collaborative and positive attitude
- Analytical problem solver: Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills. You enjoy tackling complex technical challenges.
- Strong communicator: Confident in expressing your ideas clearly, both written and spoken, and can adjust your message to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
