Job Description
Midland Transport Limited is currently seeking for a full-time Class 1 Linehaul Driver based out of Moncton Terminal. The selected candidate will be a reliable person with a strong work ethic and great and positive attitude with a commitment to provide a Superior Quality service.

Midland Transport Limited is currently seeking for a full-time Class 1 Linehaul Driver based out of Moncton Terminal. The selected candidate will be a reliable person with a strong work ethic and great and positive attitude with a commitment to provide a Superior Quality service.

- Running Linehaul from Dieppe, NB to Sydney, NS and back.
- Running linehaul within the Maritimes when no Sydney loads are available.
- Maintain company equipment standards.
- Ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate efficiently with the central dispatch and customers.
- Operate the tractor trailer in accordance with the safety regulation: company rules while following safety procedures and traffic laws.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of the truck operation.
- Report any incident, accident, injury or damage in a timely manner.
- Class 1 driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years’ safe tractor driving experience required.
- Clean driving record & background check.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent work ethic and reliability.
- Safety conscious.
