We are looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to join our team in our London office!

We are seeking a collaborative & strategic Commercial Operations Manager to join our dynamic insurance brokerage team. In this role, you will train, mentor, and manage our CSRs & CSAs, working closely with the Unit Leader to develop and refine workflows and operational practices for our London office. You will play a key role in supporting the office’s growth by ensuring efficient processes, effective team performance, and seamless operational support. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, and solution-oriented, with a strong ability to lead teams and optimize operations.

Your day as a Commercial Operations Manager

  • Develop and implement role-specific training plans for all service positions, providing hands-on, one-on-one or group training as needed
  • Enhance operational efficiency by evaluating and improving existing processes and procedures to strengthen the office’s capacity and performance
  • Establish and maintain formalized office procedures, ensuring updates and adjustments are made to support continued growth
  • Monitor team performance and resource allocation, ensuring optimal capacity to meet client and business demands.
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused work environment that supports communication, teamwork, and operational excellence
