The Role: Account Manager

• This role is located in our Fredericton office and offers hybrid flexibility.
• The Account Manager is a trusted, strategic partner to our clients and a collaborative junior leader within our team. You’ll help guide accounts with authenticity, insight, and creativity, ensuring that every campaign and project delivers impact.
• This role will work directly with a number of prominent New Brunswick based clients, including a well-known, global musical instrument manufacturer. 
• This role offers an exciting path for career growth in marketing and communications, with opportunities to learn from and work alongside experienced industry leaders.

What you’ll do:

• Build strong client relationships and act as their day to day strategic partner
• Align agency resources to deliver marketing solutions on time and on budget
• Translate client objectives into clear strategies and actionable plans in collaboration with our creative and cross-functional teams
• Lead projects from concept through execution to post-campaign analysis
• Support and collaborate with Coordinators to help them succeed
• Contribute to Ginger’s broader strategic priorities and culture of collaboration

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of direct work experience in marketing or communications
• Proven track record in client service and project management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
