About The Role

We are looking for a bold and strategic Agentic AI Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead to drive the growth, adoption, and market impact of our Agentic AI portfolio. This individual contributor role is critical to shaping how we bring our AI-powered solutions, IP, and services to market in partnership with our solution line leaders and US team.

You will be responsible for translating vision into execution designing and launching GTM plays, aligning internal capabilities to client needs, and representing our differentiated position in the rapidly evolving Agentic AI space. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that blends strategy, execution, and storytelling. This role will carry a target for Agentic AI pipeline and revenue as well as GTM play adoption rates and thought leadership activities.

As An AI Go-To-Market Lead You Will

  • Develop and own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Agentic AI solutions across verticals and client segments.
  • Design repeatable GTM plays that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Align closely with NA AI COE and AI Accelerator teams to ensure offers, IP, and solution roadmaps are market-relevant and differentiated.
  • Partner with solution line leaders (Cloud, Data, Apps, Infrastructure, etc.) to ensure Agentic AI is embedded in the right offers and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and solution teams to deliver clear, consistent messaging and execution support across channels.
  • Support the design, packaging, and launch of new Agentic AI offers tailored to business needs and vertical-specific use cases..

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in go-to-market, strategy, product marketing, or business development roles in tech, AI, or enterprise services.
  • Strong understanding of AI market dynamics, agentic workflows, and how to commercialize emerging technologies.
  • Proven success working across matrixed organizations to build alignment and drive execution.
  • Outstanding communication and influence skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and front-line teams alike.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
