Our client has a long reputation as a global leader in manufacturing highly specialized electronic equipment. They’re seeing someone with a prior military/ naval service. This Sales Representative position would interact with navies, special operations forces, law enforcement, search and rescue teams, and corporate customers worldwide.
As Sales Representative for North America, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and account management across Canada and the United States. You will work closely with our senior leadership and operations team to deliver exceptional customer service, support demonstrations, and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s long-term vision.

As Sales Representative for North America, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and account management across Canada and the United States. You will work closely with our senior leadership and operations team to deliver exceptional customer service, support demonstrations, and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s long-term vision.
The Role
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for North America, focused on military, law enforcement, SAR, and corporate customers.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead product demonstrations, trade shows, and field evaluations with end-users and procurement stakeholders.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support technical sales discussions, coordinating with engineering and product teams.
- Develop proposals, quotations, and tender responses in collaboration with the operations and leadership team.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting, providing updates to leadership on progress and forecasts.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, procurement cycles, and competitor activities in North America.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- A bachelor’s degree is beneficial but not required.
- Preference given to those who have served as a diver in the Canadian Armed Forces or the U.S. military (Navy, SOF, or equivalent unit).
- This position is on site in St. Catharines and does not offer a hybrid work model.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with operators and senior decision-makers alike.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn the operational details of company equipment.
- Ability to travel frequently across North America to support demonstrations, training, and account management. Estimated travel is 25% annually.
