Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving

HTA Products is a leading supplier of luxury kitchen and bath fixtures, proudly serving designers, builders, and homeowners across Canada for over 25 years. We’re a fast-paced, family-run business known for our service, reliability, and premium brands. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Associate to join our Richmond team.

This is a key role in our warehouse operations. You'll be responsible for making sure products are received, organized, and shipped accurately and on time. Your attention to detail and ability to stay organized will help keep things running smoothly every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving incoming shipments and checking them for accuracy
• Preparing, labeling, and packaging outbound orders
• Managing inventory: organizing, counting, and updating stock records
• Coordinating daily delivery runs and pickups
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Working with the operations team to support daily logistics
• Occasionally assisting with customer pickups or drop-offs

• 1+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse work preferred
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and doing hands-on work all day
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer/data entry skills
• Experience with inventory software or ERP systems is a plus
• Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic
• Valid BC driver’s license
