The recruiting rockstar at Township can spot talent a mile away and bring incredible people into our dealership family! As our Recruitment Manager, you’ll be the ultimate matchmaker—connecting great candidates with the right opportunities and making the whole process feel exciting and effortless. From job boards and social media to referrals and networking, you’ll be everywhere talent hangs out, ready to reel in the best of the best.
Once you find them, you’ll dive into resumes, personality assessments, and applications, running phone screens and interviews that really get to the heart of who they are. You’ll keep the process on track by lining up interviews, working closely with hiring managers, and making sure every candidate walks away with a positive experience they’ll rave about.
You won’t just be filling seats—you’ll be building relationships, championing our employer brand, and staying plugged into industry trends, training requirements, and labour and immigration updates. With your skills on our ATS and recruitment tools, you’ll keep everything running smoothly and hit those hiring goals with style.

Position Overview
· Job Type: Recruiter, Hiring Facilitator, Recruitment, Human Resources
· Work Hours: Full Time 40+ hours/week
· Salary: $75,000-$90,000

Required Experience
· Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant field such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology
· Experience: 7+ years working with recruitment, hiring, onboarding for companies with 100+ employees
· Other: Valid Drivers License
