Role Overview

As a Social Media Student, you will be a key player in enhancing the digital presence of iA Financial Group among a young and dynamic audience. You will work closely with our social media team to support all our projects while taking the lead on our TikTok and Instagram platforms.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and animate iA Financial Group's TikTok and Instagram accounts;
• Create original, engaging content aligned with our brand image;
• Participate in shoots and embody our tone;
• Produce creative edits tailored to social media platform standards;
• Collaborate with the team to develop campaign ideas and content series;
• Film and produce content in both French and English.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing a university degree in communications, digital media, marketing, or any related field;
• Available for a minimum of 15 hours per week during the academic term;
• Creativity, attention to detail, proactivity;
• Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera;
• Proficiency in editing tools for TikTok and Instagram (CapCut, InShot, etc.);
• Intermediate level of English proficiency as the role involves consulting English documentation, collaborating with unilingual English-speaking partners, producing video content for an English-speaking audience, and participating in activities within a pan-Canadian team on a daily basis;
• Advanced level of French proficiency as the role involves consulting French documentation, collaborating with unilingual French-speaking partners, producing video content for a French-speaking audience, and participating in activities within a pan-Canadian team on a daily basis;
• Knowledge of social trends and the ability to adapt them to our universe.
