Mark Anthony Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Total Rewards to join our Total Rewards team based in Vancouver. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring our global compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and compliant. You’ll play a key part in attracting, retaining, and rewarding our team members through fair and effective compensation practices.

We offer competitive compensation that recognizes individual and company performance. The typical hiring range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.

Mark Anthony Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Total Rewards to join our Total Rewards team based in Vancouver. This hands-on role is critical to ensuring our global compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and compliant. You’ll play a key part in attracting, retaining, and rewarding our team members through fair and effective compensation practices.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the annual salary review cycle with 100% accuracy in pay updates, approvals, and timelines.
- Conduct market benchmarking and submit compensation surveys on schedule.
- Maintain the integrity of our global job architecture and ensure compliance with compensation policies and regulations.
- Support pay equity and transparency initiatives through regular reporting and reviews.
- Administer bonus and other reward payouts and contribute to compensation cycle project management.
- Create and deliver communications that elevate understanding of total compensation across the organization.
- Analyze and consult on salary, bonus, and savings programs to ensure alignment with MAG’s compensation philosophy.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of direct compensation experience.
- Proven experience conducting internally managed market benchmarking and survey participation.
- Strong knowledge of compensation regulations and governance practices.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data and reporting tools.
- Ideally experience with global compensation practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
