At Pacific Smoke International, our mission is to help people quit smoking by providing safer alternatives to traditional cigarettes. As the leading distributor of electronic vaporizers and award-winning vaping products in Canada, we've made significant progress since our founding in 2013. However, we have much more to accomplish for our customers, and we're looking for a culturally aligned Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic team located in Markham.

In this role, you will report directly to the Controller and play a vital role in Accounting Department.

Responsibilities

• Verify all outbound shipping bills for accuracy and completeness.
• Record verified shipping bills in Netsuite and review payment terms and deadlines to ensure payments are made within the appropriate timeframe.
• Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents, flipping verified invoices to bills in Netsuite promptly and accurately.
• Monitor the account balances and manage payments for custom clearance billing and import tax related to UPS Canada
• Follow up with employees for credit card receipts and enter into Netsuite.
• Enter bills and follow up vendors payment during the month end.
  
  

To Be Successful You Should Have

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Attention to details and accuracy in processing invoices
• Problem solving skills
• Good communication skills when dealing with vendors and coworkers
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
