Net Developer: On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a .Net Developer for a 12-month role with the possibility of extension. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Montreal office.
Net Developer - Job Description: Opportunity to challenge yourself by solving some of the biggest technical challenges at Morgan Stanley. You will be involved in designing and implementing the next generation of libraries, tools, and components to support modern architectures, and provide direction for designing modern applications.
Net Developer - Responsibilities:
Design and implement the next generation of libraries, tools, and components
Collaborate with application teams to identify and adopt optimal solutions
Provide technical solutions for new techniques and library adoptions
Contribute to Open Source projects
Enhance security, stability, and productivity of the framework
Net Developer - Mandatory Skills:
Solid .NET C# experience
Strong fundamental technology skills (OO design, threading)
Server-side (ASP.NET Core) experience
Ability to communicate in English with other .NET developers on complex technical requirements
Interest and aptitude for technology
Adaptability to a dynamic and multifaceted environment
Natural inclination to understand underlying mechanics and design trade-offs
Net Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
.NET 8 knowledge
Azure and Kubernetes development knowledge
Advanced Visual Studio and network-level debugging skills
Net Developer – Assignment Length: This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension.
Net Developer - Start Date: ASAP.
Net Developer - Assignment Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence 3 days per week.
