We are looking for a Specialized adviser, Talent acquisition & Human Resources
Reporting to the Vice-President – People and Organization, you will have a dual mandate. On one hand, you will act as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, and on the other hand, you will act as an HR Specialist. During periods of high recruitment, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting excellent candidates while developing and implementing an innovative strategy and initiatives aimed at attracting and acquiring qualified candidates. During periods of lower recruitment volume, you will be entrusted with various human resources management files.

We are looking for a Specialized adviser, Talent acquisition & Human Resources

Your mandate as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Develop and implement a talent attraction strategy aligned with best market practices and the current and future needs of the company;
- Manage the entire talent acquisition process;
- Support and equip managers on recruitment trends and tools, offering value-added advisory services;
- Actively source talent (active and passive) to identify and recruit the best profiles;
- Monitor key performance indicators and propose action plans based on key indicators and results;
- Develop strategic relationships with employment market stakeholders (schools, organizations, associations, etc.);
- Ensure the complete recruitment cycle while offering a positive and engaging candidate experience;
- Develop and maintain talent pools for different critical functions;
- Contribute to the employer brand strategy in close collaboration with the marketing team to increase our organization's visibility in the market.
- Collaborate on short, medium, and long-term workforce planning with managers;
- Coordinate training activities for managers;
- Actively participate in the optimization of human resources management processes;
- Participate in the development of tools for managers;
- Be responsible for various ad hoc mandates, including some compliance mandates;
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field;
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a generalist;
- Demonstrate a very good knowledge of recruitment (sourcing, HR analytics, talent acquisition strategy and initiatives, HR marketing, and employer brand, etc.);
- Demonstrate a very good knowledge of recruitment best practices and excellent knowledge of digital platforms (social networks);
- Demonstrate great agility;
- Show a high degree of autonomy, a strong sense of organization, and planning;
- Client service excellence-oriented and quick execution in a constantly evolving environment;
- Excellent proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Good knowledge of ATS and good command of the Google Suite;
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required.
- The candidate must possess fluent proficiency in English communication skills as day to day business will be done with international clients, including but not limited to the US market / European Market / Asia Pacific / etc.
