Director of Information Technology – Cloud Technology & Infrastructure (34234)

We are looking for a forward-thinking IT leader to guide our technology operations and spearhead the strategic growth of our cloud-first environment. This role will oversee the planning, delivery, and continual improvement of enterprise IT services, with a strong focus on cloud platforms, SaaS applications, and modern infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the IT team to foster innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
• Manage and optimize cloud platforms and applications, including Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Oversee the delivery of IT projects such as infrastructure upgrades, security enhancements, and modernization programs.
• Maintain the security, availability, and scalability of network and cloud environments through best practices and proactive risk management.
• Drive process improvements through automation, integration, and innovative technology solutions.
• Establish and enforce IT policies, compliance measures, and security standards to protect organizational data and systems.
• Partner with senior leadership to define and execute a technology roadmap that supports business growth.
• Provide hands-on support for high-priority issues and initiatives to minimize operational disruptions.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  
  

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of cloud services, infrastructure, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Strong technical foundation in networking, security, and systems administration.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex IT projects in evolving or scaling organizations.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
• Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to align IT initiatives to business outcomes.
